How to Park A Car Between Two Vehicles?

Compared to other parking practices, parking a car between two other vehicles in a normal parking garage is comparatively very easy. There are two types of standard parking spaces i.e. straight parking and diagonal parking spaces.

There is a little difference in parking techniques when we deal with straight parking spots. Whenever you are going to park your car, you have to find an open parking space. Check some major aspects of a perfect parking space.

Tips to Search A Parking Space

Ø  Confirm that the vehicles parked on either side of the open parking spot are aligned within their own spaces and not.
Ø  If you are going to park in an open parking garage at night, try to search the parking spot that is near to the light.
Ø  If parking in the garage of a retail store, try to search an open parking spot that is far from shopping cart collectors. This will help avoid your car from being damaged.

Tips to Park Between Two Vehicles

1. Gradually position your car in the center of the parking aisle. If the aisle is for only one direction of traffic, position your car as far as you can to the reverse side of the aisle so that you can get more room for turning.

2. Turn your wheel in the direction of the parking spot and slowly drive your vehicle into the parking space.

3. Keep turning your steering wheel as you pull into the parking space until your car is parallel with the cars parked on either side of that spot.

4. Keep forwarding until your car is totally within the parking spot. Make sure not to park very close to any car that is parked directly in front of you.

5. Turn off your ignition and exit the car.
